John Ardolino might be best described as a dream maker, a compassionate and hospitable realtor who helps clients realize their dreams. With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry before joining the real estate sector, Ardolino is an expert in customer service and truly dedicated to making real estate dreams come true for his clients. Whether helping first time home buyers through the daunting task of purchasing their first home or helping well-established home owners leverage the value of their home while downsizing, Ardolino focuses on the importance of the client experience. Ardolino began his real estate career in Atlanta, Georgia in May of 2009 with the goal of helping clients attain their real estate dreams. His early clients comment on his dedication to selling their homes and his ability to negotiate sales quickly and successfully. Later clients comment on his patience as he takes time to carefully walk them through all of the steps for selling their family home and moving into a new chapter in their lives. In short, Ardolino adapts his approach to buying and selling to serve the individual needs of his clients. Being client centered separates him from his peers as a trusted real estate adviser. Ardolino moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2011 with his wife who accepted a position at Grand Valley State University. He has brought his client-centered southern hospitality to West Michigan and has enjoyed working with many new clients in the region. When not selling real estate in fall or winter, you may find him at a Grand Valley State football game, a Griffin's Hockey game or on one of the local ski slopes with his wife and two boys. In the spring or summer, you may find him sailing on Reed's lake, swimming at Lake Michigan or cycling on the Kent Trails.
